Stage 5 – Construction: We provide professional support during construction through site inspections, contract administration, and quality monitoring to help ensure the project is built in accordance with the approved design.
Stage 6 – Close-Out: We assist with project completion, practical completion inspections, final certification, and handover, ensuring a smooth transition to occupancy.

Our construction project management services are delivered in accordance with the professional standards of the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP). We provide strategic leadership and professional oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery in terms of quality, cost, time, and compliance.
